Fred Wilcox. He is the author of eight books, editor of two, including Waiting for an Army to Die: The Tragedy of Agent Orange, and Scorched Earth: Legacies of Chemical Warfare in Vietnam. Wilcox is an environmental and anti-war activist, as well as an advocate for veterans. His most recent book is Shamrocks and Oil Slicks.
