Helen Fletcher - Equipoise Pilates

In this interview I had the pleasure of interviewing Pilates entrepreneur Helen Fletcher.

Helen is the creator of Equipoise Pilates and Movement Education. Since 2012, Helen has created clinics and more recently, online content bringing together Pilates with Equestrian Riding.
