Daily Enlightenment With Matthew Ferry
Religion & Spirituality
As a high conscious person, you are innately driven to enjoy life. Yet, the illusion that you matter creates guilt, obligation and arbitrary benchmarks that diminish your joy.
If you feel stressed, you are connected to a survival framework. You will not survive. Your life has a beginning and an ending. Nothing you are doing is actually important. All importance and value are assigned by you or other people. But that is invented and arbitrary. What you do doesn’t actually matter. It produces a result. That result might be beneficial. But that value is arbitrary and just an opinion.
You don’t matter. Which is unbelievably empowering. Because that means you can choose what does matter.
