On today's episode of Stay At Home Dads Podcast I start with something I observed at my local park. Did I read into the situation too much? You be the judge. I also rant about another situation I witnessed which led me to talk about the main topic of today's episode, the work ethic and drive of a certain generation, the Z type, as well as some Millennials. I theorize as to why they are the way they are as well as what we can do within our own families and kids to try and instill those values of a great work ethic and doing the best they can so they succeed in life and adulthood. I reference a few articles that are linked below.
