Episode Notes:
1) Competition is essential because it helps us push ourselves farther and harder.
2) Keeping our heads down and focusing on winning is better than focusing on the competition.
3) Always keep in mind the competition is there but use tenacity to win and stay authentic in your goals and tenacity to win in ways that are true to you.
4) Lead through your actions to gain the respect of your teammates, your employees, and your family. This leadership as entrepreneur means we work harder and longer than anyone else in our business.
5) Competition: the two ways to have the biggest and tallest building are to knock down all the other buildings or consistently build the biggest and tallest building. One way focuses on the competition the other way focuses on being a better you.
