Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB)—a medical procedure that effectively treats symptoms associated with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD)—is an injection of local anesthetic in the neck to temporarily block the cervical sympathetic chain which controls the body’s fight-or-flight response. 💉🚫🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
