While trying to share a bit more about my own personal stories, I wanted to start off with my first personal experience with depression and anxiety, and how they came to be. I compared myself to people around me a lot as a young kid, as a teenager, and as a young adult. I am still learning to try and get past these mental road blocks. I wanted to share my stories in regards to mental health, and self development, so that I could try and show others that no matter what it is you’re going through, life can and will get better for you.
