The Fort McMurray wildfire in Alberta sparked the beginning of an extreme weight loss journey that was fuelled by the desire to love and connect with himself again.
Tony might have weighed nearly 600 lbs but he was playing small, it was time to be MORE but not in size.
The shame Tony Bussey felt from the need to take up two seats during an evacuation flight caused more pain then any weight could ever on his body.
Eating no longer satisfied or numbed any emotions it was only causing pain.
It wasn’t the inability to sleep, to breath normally, or walk without crushing his body frame, the worst pain came from the sadness of feeling the disconnect from himself.
“It was EASY to stop eating the garbage because I wanted to feel good again”. Says a true whole person Tony.
