Allow you worries to wash away as you relax each body part, one by one. Notice any resistance, any pain, and notice what these are trying to tell you as you take deep breaths. Step into and stand in the sense peace, calm, protection, and purity....

Step into and stand in the sense peace, calm, protection, and purity. Allow it to expand from inside you to everything it touches beyond what you can see, feel, and imagine. Acknowledge the truth and the gift that you are the power center, and that without you, change doesn't exist.
