We all know that it’s important to be healthy in our lives and in our businesses. As Reba says above, we can have all the money we could ever wish for, our business can be a huge success, but if we are not healthy we can’t enjoy it or anything about our lives. Take if from me, I know. For quite a while I ignored what was going on with my body and now I have to push myself to get out of bed in the morning, let alone get out there and do the work of running my business. It is hard and I think about how much time I’ve wasted over the years.

Like we talk about often, it doesn’t take a whole new regimen to get started. One small step in the right direction can get us on our way.
