Kyle Root is a real estate force of nature! 

Kyle grew up in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, where he attended High School and was highly involved with Athletics. After graduating from high school, he enrolled at Northern Michigan University on a football scholarship and eventually earned a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management.

Kyle's interest in Real Estate sparked during his junior year in college while taking a property development course. He would spend his time drawing blueprints for storage facilities and apartment buildings, nurturing his aspirations to venture into real estate investing someday. In 2019, he made his first investment in real estate by purchasing a side by side duplex in Appleton, Wisconsin. By 2020, he was able to leave his job and rapidly expand his business, acquiring a total of 25 properties within just 16 months, all before reaching the age of 27.

Kyle's life mission revolves around helping thousands of individuals achieve true wealth through real estate. Witnessing countless people squander their potential while enriching others motivated him to give back and assist others in attaining success, just as he has accomplished.
