Sara Jorge is an FX trader and trading coach based in Valencia, Spain. She’s also the author of an E-Book called Building the mind-set of a trader. In this podcast, she discusses her method of trading which is focused in a 3-4 hour window each morning, and also discusses all the periphery work that she does behind the scenes to ensure she operates at her best during that 3-4 hour period.
