28 | Trauma, Domestic Violence & Generational Healing

I’ve been sensing for awhile that now is the time to share more of my family’s story so I want to start with **Trigger warning** .  This feels vulnerable because what happened to my grandmother is tragic.  I need to give a trigger warning that her story is about trauma and domestic violence, not suitable for children or any ears that could be triggered by such a topic.  It’s also not something to listen to just casually- as I desire to share her story in such a way that honors her life.  If you’re ready and want to learn more about how trauma impacts our lives, not only now, but for generations, then invite you to sit with me in this as my own journey through generational healing continues to unfold and I’m ready now to share with you about my incredible grandmother.
