43. Why BIG Goals Might Be Hurting You and Your Business

It's that time of year where everyone is talking about their goals, mapping out Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 and making a way to make it happen! I've been there, done that, and dreaming big with God is SO important. However, God has me in a different place. He's given me permission NOT to set big goals for this year. Go figure. Ha. It goes with my Word of The Year "SURRENDER" because truth be told, I love big God-sized dream scary goals! Regardless, the Lord has given me permission to nix the BIG goals this year and focus on the small ones. Maybe just maybe,  He's giving YOU permission to do the same.
