Ep. 5 | Iraq’s Frontlines to Real Estate’s Bottom Line: Kerri-Ann Buchanan Property Manager at CBRE

Kerri-Ann serves as an Assistant Real Estate Manager and DEI leader CBRE Philadelphia. Ms. Buchanan performs periodic property inspections, responds to tenants’ requests, and prepares complete reports for vendor invoices and tenant charges. Ms. Buchanan is a U.S. Army veteran and served two tours: the first tour was in Germany during Operation Enduring Freedom. The second tour was in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Ms. Buchanan is also a certified Spiritual Life Coach who takes pride in empowering her clients to achieve a fulfilled and harmonious life. Kerri-Ann is a graduate of Columbia College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational from Grand Canyon University.
