Conference on Future of Europe kicks off (Sunday May 9th)

A major EU-wide initiative to engage European citizens on shaping Europe’s future kicks off on Sunday May 9th. The Conference on the Future of Europe will be officially launched at the European Parliament in Strasbourg. (13:00 – 14:30 Irish time). The year-long event is supposed to enable people across the EU to determine what kind of Europe they want to live in.

Its launch will coincide with Europe Day events across EU countries.
