Go Home in a Box - Episode 14 - ”Post-Apocalyptic Copycat Blues”

On this week's Go Home in a Box, Chris & Joel take a look at Mad Max and Escape from New York and discuss the influence these films had on the action/sci-fi subgenre known as the post-apocalyptic future. From the vast desert wastelands to the urban decay, filmmakers were especially fond of copying these two archetypes to varying levels of success. From films such as 1990: The Bronx Warriors to Dune Warriors, the guys hit on the more notable films that were influenced by greater post-apocalyptic visions.
