Kara Tremain is a growth and development coach for executives, innovators and business owners, whose holistic practice includes Somatic Experiencing™️ and psychedelic integration. 

 

Her own experience working closely with other executives and providers in the healthcare industry led her to a less traditional approach that addresses the traumas and stresses people bring to and play out in the workplace, which ultimately impacts their success and satisfaction.
