240: The Russell Murders

Lin Russell was walking her two young daughters down a country road when she and the girls were suddenly attacked by an assailant wielding a claw hammer. One child, Josie does survive miraculously but with severe head trauma. Not one, but two juries have convicted a man for these crimes although he still claims his innocence today.
