Jennifer Barner is the founder of Lighthouse Ventures, a private equity real estate investment firm. She started her real estate career in 2015 studying under the Rich Dad program. She then transitioned to MF and is now the General Partner on 887 doors across 5 states and has invested in over 2104 doors. Additionally, Jennifer has rehabbed 45 properties and has an SF rental portfolio she self-manages in the Kansas City area.
Jennifer is most proud of the fact that she started her real estate journey with the goal
of putting all four of her kids through college debt-free which she has successfully achieved.
Today, she is teaching others how to achieve financial freedom through 1-1 coaching, as well as, educating others through her podcast called Mastering Money for Moms where she is helping Moms Manage their Finances and Build a Legacy through Real Estate.
Prior to turning full-time real estate investor Jennifer worked in sales at both IBM and Microsoft managing software implementations. She has also helped launch several lifestyle and health companies.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Washburn. She is an avid reader and loves hiking, gardening, and spending downtime with friends and family. Jennifer lives in the Kansas City area with her husband and is a mom to four children.
