7:00 Discuss – Municipal FY24 Operating Budget Recommendations – Charlie Doody, Town Administrator

7:30 Vote the following Town Meeting Articles

Reconsideration of Article 8 – Pay Bills of Prior Fiscal Year – 2 invoices totaling $386.08. Reconsideration of Article 14 – Community Recognition Supplemental Funding – add $2,500 to the Fund. Article 27 – Sustainability/Climate Action & Related Activities.
Article 28 – Formation of a Sustainability Action Plan Steering Committee and Initial Steps for the

Creation of a Sustainability Action Plan.
Article 29 – Amend Zoning By-Law Section 3.1.4 Table of Use Regulations (Scrivener’s error).
Article 3 – Hear Reports of Committees Appointed at prior Annual Town Meetings.
Article 4 – Act on “Consent Agenda” - Articles 6, 11, 12, 14, 16, 24, 25 and 26.
Article 7 Motion 2 – Set FY24 Salaries and Compensation for all Part-Time Elected Officials of the Town for FY24. Article 15 - “Omnibus” Capital Outlay Program.

Vote All FY24 Budgets, General Fund Operating (Fixed Costs if needed), Water/Sewer/Rink Enterprise Funds. Review Finance Committee Report.
Discuss possible Special Town Meeting articles within the Annual Town Meeting.

Monday, May 8, 2023 6:00 p.m. – prior to Annual Town Meeting in the High School Cafeteria.
