Tom Langhofer is the Pastor of Recovery at Church of the Resurrection. Tom shares his journey of recovery from alcoholism and how God called him into pastoral ministry. Adam Hamilton introduced me to Tom, and I am so thankful for his life and ministry. Over two years ago Tom’s daughter, Erin Langhofer, was shot and killed as she stood near food trucks during a First Friday event. It was a fight between strangers that ended Erin’s life, and the shooter was recently sentenced to second degree murder and armed criminal action. Through this tragic circumstance, Tom has remained sober and faithful. This is an amazing story of faith.
