Before his diagnosis he visited many countries with his family as a child and young man, and from these experiences has developed a thoughtful perspective on autism spectrum disorders and what they can mean to those who live with them. He advocates for those on the spectrum at conferences, conventions, and on the Understanding Autism Radio Show.
