Every day we are called to show up, take action, work towards outcomes and achieve the tasks of the day. We want to show up fully in life, taking up more space in the world, but this needs to be balanced with holding space for ourselves. If we don't ground inward, we loose balance, health, joy and harmony. Commit to take some to nourish yourself and connect to your center.
