Today we are sitting down with Nathan Bradford, Century 21 Dreams realtor. Having many years of experience in the industry from management, sales associate, as a broker and more, he speaks with us about how he takes these past experiences and uses key features to grow and succeed in his company. Being a methodical thinker is something he sees as one of his strongest strengths. This helps him relay the appropriate information to his clients, clearly, and in a non-intimidating way. When asked what advice he would give to someone just starting in the industry he recommends getting on a team and get to the know the in’s and out’s of the industry through them. Also, physically getting into as many houses as you can! This is a key way of learning the specific neighbourhoods you’re going to represent. Moving forward, he is excited about focusing more on his personal business and building those client relationships yet again!
