Water...many of us take it for granted...Bill Stowe the CEO of the Des Moines Water Works knows that it's also a business. We sat down with him to talk about water quality issues, the cost of scrubbing for nitrates and the recent decision by his board to seek legal remedies against those, they say, are responsible for the rising cost of clean water.
