Blue & Raelene Elam had 6 kids within 7 years. They were in a tight spot financially but grew up believing that wealth could only come from an inheritance or completing a postgraduate degree. So, once they found out about network marketing, they spent a lot of time researching opportunities where the products and compensation plan provided what they were looking for. That’s when they found LifeVantage–it checked all the boxes. Their family’s support made it possible to jump into LifeVantage headfirst. They know that everyone who joins the company brings different skills and education to the table, and the industry allows everyone to build on what they already know. Blue, Raelene, and their 2 oldest daughters were in a major car accident that eventually left Raelene with both of her legs amputated. The security LifeVantage provided eased a major burden during this difficult time. Blue and Raelene share that if you keep digging in and believe in the company, you’ll set yourself up for success.

Blue Elam grew up on a ranch. After high school, he served a 2-year mission for his church and worked as a foreman. Both experiences gave him a passion for helping people realize their true potential. He completed a fire science degree in hopes of following in the footsteps of several uncles and cousins by joining the Tucson Fire Department. While at school, Blue met Raelene, who was playing volleyball on a scholarship at the University of Arizona. They dated for 5 months before getting married and have now been married for almost 25 years.

Blue made the Tucson Fire Department, where he continued to help those in need. In 2008, Blue and Raelene discovered network marketing. They instantly fell in love with the idea of serving others while developing their own leveraged income. They are now LifeVantage Executive Master Pro 10s. Their successful business allows many others to spend their time where it matters most. Blue retired from the fire department 12 years ago. 

Blue, Raelene, and their family reside in St. George, UT. They enjoy outdoor sports, hunting, fishing, and camping with their 6 children. They continue to pave the path to success and develop leaders around the world.
