Weekend Update - Elites and the Rest of Us 4/16

Over the past 2 years many of the folks in Cheyenne have shown us who they really are--a group of elite Redcoats.  One of the people trying to change that is my friend Ken Pendergraft.  He's running for House District 29 in Sheridan County.  He's the first to sit down and discuss his candidacy with me.
