Monisha Mittal is an Embodied Play Practitioner and Somatic Coach. She uses embodied play as an accelerator to bridge your Infinite Self with your physical self so you can experience your own uniqueness, vitality and magnificence. Coupling tools of physicality with those of Higher Consciousness, she guides you beneath your surface experience and assists you with tapping into the immense wisdom residing in your body and energy field so you can live with greater fullness, power and ease. Monisha is a certified InterPlay leader and accredited coach from the Applied Depths Institute.

Previously, Monisha worked as a communications and process specialist assisting federal organizations implementing large-scale IT projects. She began her career in
poverty alleviation and community development finance working in North Philadelphia, eastern India, and the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington D.C.
Monisha lives in Fairfax, VA with her husband and pets. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and her Master in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School.
