Ajahn Nissarano gives a talk about Right Speech, using the Buddha's simile of how every person who is born is born with an axe in their mouth! Right speech is the third factor of the Noble Eightfold path. It is supported by right view, right intention, right effort and right mindfulness. Ajahn then explains the four kinds of wrong speech: lying, divisive speech, harsh speech, and gossip; and how to develop right speech.
