YCDC sits down with Dr. Curtis Cogswell, Superintendent of McCool Public Schools, to hear how a born-and-bred Nebraska educator found his way to Lubbock, TX only to come back to a small rural school. He shares first-hand accounts of helming a large Texas middle school to settling in at McCool tasked with growing the institution and, now, facilitating flexible learning through a pandemic.
