Welcome to the Let’s be Frank about Real Estate Investing podcast. This podcast introduces our cast of regulars from Frank Taylor who owns and operates Frank Taylor Consulting - FTC.  In this episode, Jared interviews Frank about his early beginnings in real estate and about the evolution of FTC and the Let's be Frank podcast.  Jared Shier is a graduate from Western University with a degree in Global Economics where he graduated with distinction.  He has been investing in the stock market from the age of 13 and has a firm grasp on financial markets.  Jared was a commercial real estate analyst who focused on multi-residential and office building analysis.  He eventually transitioned from working in traditional real-estate to working at one of Canada's largest banks as an associate portfolio manager. His desire is to build financial freedom through real estate investments.

Peter Cass from Cass and Bishop is a real estate lawyer in Burlington Ontario. Peter has specialized in all aspects of investment real estate since 1970 and most importantly has extensive experience in all market conditions. In our introductory episode, Frank interviews Peter, where we get to tap into Peter's vast knowledge and expertise on real estate and the number of different business models that reside within it.
