Episode 9 - Why There Isn’t a New Episode This Week

In honoring my mental health and self-care, there will not be a new episode this week. May is a really hard month for me for many reasons that I will likely discuss this month in future episodes. I've done the work. I am doing the work. But some days still take a toll on me. I will be taking this time to dig deep, meet with my therapist to gain more understanding and strategies so I can come back stronger and healthier to the Lavender Platform with more information to help us on this journey. Until next time, be good to one another....be gentle with yourself. You're doing the best you can. And remember there is nowhere you can go where love and light won't find you.
