Donna is a behavioral change specialist, coach, LiveStrong Certified Trainer, YMCA, working with people who have cancer and/or cancer survivors, Personal Fitness Trainer, Meditation, Stress-Reduction and Relaxation Certified Coach, Yoga Teacher is studying Reiki and has a degree in Exercise Science. She is also the creator of EVOKE Change Coaching

EVOKE Change Coaching: I work with clients on a myriad of personal development issues through a Behavior Change Accountability Program. I am part of the solution by truly helping people implement positive change for the long-term in a safe space. AWARNESS of the consciousness. I help people to have mastery of their thoughts and calmness of the mind. Discovering the joy in waking up eager to start the day with purpose. Looking forward to the daily messages the Universe sends us. Allowing oneself to move forward, allowing the power of discipline and ability to focus on desired goals to pursue with strength and conviction! Learn to become fearless and limitless.

I am writing a book/guide for parents using visualization and manifestation for children on the Autism spectrum including Auto-suggestion, Meditation and Gratitude practices. My vision for this Book/Guide is to be global. I visualize this book/guide in the homes and hands of families to learn to become aware of their thoughts, feelings, actions, results! They will learn how the mind works and that they have control over their thoughts and feelings. Morning and Evening Routines to reprogram the mind. This includes positive affirmations for self-image, confidence, any goal they seek. This is a thought-evoking Guide for this population specifically. The objective of this Book/Guide is to know and declare that “I am my own superhero”. What I have to offer this world Matters”. This Book/Guide will help move obstacles of their way! I visualize this Guide being offered in Government funded programs, therapist offices, seminars, and workshops.

I am looking for a doctor, a psychiatrist, or a therapist to share some ideas with me on this.

I want to volunteer as a Stress-reduction, Relaxation, Meditation coach for Autism support groups.
