Dangerous Assignment - Malayan Star Line Sabotage

Steve Mitchell is being sent to Saigon to investigate the sinking of three Malayan Star Line ships that carried U.S. rehab supplies.  Upon arrival, he will pose as a foreign correspondent and interview Mr. Bravon, the manager of Malayan Star Line shipping.  During the interview, Bravon says that these ships were heading to Singapore, and that there was only one survivor, an Englishman named Dixon, the cook from the second ship.  During Steve's interview with Dixon, he tells Steve that just before the explosion, he noticed a small row boat on the starboard side of the ship, running without lights.
