Do you find yourself grabbing for your phone more often than not? Do you suddenly look up and realize you have been mindlessly scrolling through Instagram or Facebook or other social media for who knows how long? When you do go out in public do you make eye contact or just pull out your phone? Do you regularly engage with your kids or are you "that" mom? No judgment here!
