Podcast 84 – Resentment

We all feel undervalued and unappreciated at times. We certainly have “the right to”, but the truth is, flashes of resentment are more a call to empathy and self-awareness than a battle for power or recognition.  We must look within and beneath it, utilize the emotional reactions for what they really are, and keep toxicity in check.  Lesson 84 is a wakeup call for some, a reminder to others, and in a lot ways a realignment for myself.
