On Monday evening Niall spoke about the unfortunate case of Eric, a 9 year old boy from Bray who is due to be deported. His mother is being deported and although Eric knows nothing other living in Ireland as he was born here. Many people believe he should be allowed to stay in Ireland. Others however say it is the law that a child does not get automatic citizenship because they are born here following a 2004 referendum. What do you think?
