Here, we begin in Chapter 4; "Fog", and migrate into "Artificial Ionispheric Mirros" and "Storms". 
How did the Air Force 2025, back in 1996,  plan on utlizing fog, artifical ionispheric mirrors and storms for weapons of war in 2025?
