This is a workshop style session on the art of deep listening and being truly present with two of our listeners from the BSWA Buddhist Care Line, a free, confidential telephone Listening Service which offers callers a safe space to talk about any issues that may be happening in your life without fear of judgement.  The valuable skill of deep listening is not only of immense benefit when supporting others in these turbulent times, but a skill that is truly beneficial for one’s own spiritual practice.
