LONDON PLAN: Pipe says London can meet housing need through densification

London deputy mayor Jules Pipe says that the policy of densification in the Draft London Plans will allow the capital to meet its housing need without resorting to building on the green belt.

Despite this the plan still includes provisions for working with the authorities surrounding London.
