Ruth Rosenhek on community resilience & mutual aid in times of crisis

Ruth Rosenhek has been a tireless worker for the health of our planet and its people for decades now. Having played an instrumental part in the Rainforest Information Centre, North East Forest Alliance, Gasfield Free Northern Rivers and Extinction Rebellion she now applies her masters in Psycho Therapy to her private psycho therapy practice and working to build personal and community resilience in the face of the cluster of crises we now face. She shared some of her insights with Sean O'Shannessy for Environmental as Anything.
