32yo Female: Pregnancy, Hernia, Surgery, Ouch + Constipation

During her pregnancy, she developed an umbilical hernia. After the delivery, she had a surgical repair. A few months later when she schedules the consult, she reports continual discomfort in the umbilical region and very stubborn constipation. She reports one really interesting sensation that helps in this case. This is the third in a series of cases demonstrating use of rubrics about Abdomen!
