Welcome to Episode 19 of our wrestling podcast Chat Grapple and Cheap Pops!! We are Chris Dread and Jordan (JB) In Episode 19 we review possibly one of the worst produced events WCW has ever put on. WCW NWO Souled Out from 1997. This event is pretty much a car crash from start to finish. But, because of that, it makes it almost compelling viewing. The whole event was supposed to be a showcase of how much in control of WCW the NWO were. They were the commentators, cheating referee, and abusive announcer. They also held every belt that was available and they were on the line tonight. They also were attempting to crown Miss NWO. They held a live beauty contest between matches like a Miss World but, well, lets just say they didn't quite come up to great standards with the contestants or the production. Although this show is widely spoken about as possibly one of the worst events WCW ever produced, we enjoyed reviewing it and we strongly suggest that people watch the event themselves as it is so bad it was actually quite good.
