Energy is our capacity to do work. It is what enables us to show up in our relationships, training, work and life in general. Having an understanding of what our energy demands are, as well as knowing where we can generate energy, allows us to live the life we want to live.
In this episode of the Virtus Podcast, we talk about what energy is, inflows and outflows, how boundaries can help us generate energy, and what practices we can implement.
Enjoy!
