Types of Confessions 
1. Confessing your sins to the Father 

    A confession is a declaration 
    Ours sins obstruct our relationship with God 

    Isaiah 59:1-2
            Mark 11:24-26

            When you remove more sins, the more God will hear your prayers 
            1 John 1:8-9
      A. Sins of commission
           -something that you catch yourself doing 
      B. Sins of omission
           -things we could've done, but we didn't 

           -James 4:17 
      C. Sins of the heart 

           -1 Samuel 16:7 
           -When someone is looking in a certain way, they can see things differently 
           -Psalm 139:23-24

Sometimes people don't feel anything wrong with sinning it is because you have lost your sensitivity to it
