Jeff Fanselow is an accomplished Learning & Development professional with over 25 years of experience in training facilitation, program management, and coaching. He is also one of the kindest and coolest people you’ll ever meet. Jeff was laid off from CBS Corporation back in May 2020 and shares his experience searching for work during a pandemic. He opens up about the role he plays as a white male in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion space.
