Can comics help L&D communicate complex concepts, promote critical thinking, and foster greater learner engagement?
Today we handed the microphone to Dr. Kevin Thorn as he answered all your burning questions about Educational Comics, from which types of comics are appropriate in a training situation to how reach across cultures with comics.
There’s much to consider before we even put pen to paper and start sketching educational comics. Many different details about character development, scene assessment and messaging - all to ensure that we are connecting people to the message, not subliminally creating disengagement through poor structure.
Educational Comics can be a powerful tool in your tool chest and Dr. Kevin helps us understand why.
