The parable of the prodigal son (and his older brother) - 10:00am Sunday 30th March 2025

If we feel we are on shaky ground with God, the story of the prodigal son is great news. It is all about God’s willingness to embrace everyone – even those who have deliberately cut God out of their lives. But this much loved story from the Bible has a sting in its tail for those who have stuck with God and not wandered off. This Sunday we will be exploring how we can lose our own relationship with God if we value fairness more than compassion.
