The Ambush Exposed

We are on the last leg of Jesus' ministry, heading for Jerusalem. At this point in our Red-Letter journey, seeing Jesus confront the Pharisees about healing on the sabbath is not a new thing. So you, as a disciple, gathered at this dinner table, will not be surprised at what Jesus says or does here. There are some nuances to the situation that we call out in this passage that are still worth highlighting: Luke 14:1-6
